One more point for your great article “Report problem/deviations to the customer, before the customer identifies it”. If sales/visitors are falling immediately identify the same to the customer and cite that you are working on them. This way the customer is relaxed… and is assured people are taking care of them. If you get a call from your internet service provider citing “Sir, your internet is not going to work tomorrow, we are about to fix/upgrade the cables to give you a better service”… I am sure anyone will give 2 more days considering the better output?
